What makes us different from every other investor?Honestly, our strategy is to focus on the human. When we are renovating one of our rental properties or getting it ready to sell, we always think about what someone would ACTUALLY want to live in. We never just do builder's grade and move on. We think that renters should feel at home as well and in return will treat your home as their home. It has been wildly beneficial with turnover, communication, on time rent, and condition of rentals.

What have we done?We have purchased now 8 properties in the Denver, metro using only our funds (and let's be real, those were very limited when we started this journey at 24). Through a lot of trial and effort, we have learned what our own process looks like, what our values are, what works and what doesn't. We have kept many of these properties as long term rentals, and sold a few others. Almost all have been renovating in one way or another whether that was aesthetic changes or a full gut.
