"Why real estate?" you might wonder. The answer lies in our beginnings and our relentless pursuit of a life filled with exploration, good food, and meaningful experiences for ourselves and our kids. Both of us hail from the vibrant city of Denver, where we've forged a profound connection with every nook and cranny.
A decade ago, we embarked on a daring venture into the world of real estate. Back then, resources were scarce, and finances were tight. Our plan was audacious yet simple: move every two years, strategically house-hack, and painstakingly build our investment portfolio. Our journey was fueled by determination, and yes, it involved its fair share of sweat and tears.
Through trials and triumphs, we've amassed wisdom from first-hand experiences, learning invaluable lessons along the way. Now, after a decade of growth, we stand as proud owners of eight properties, a testament to our dedication and the power of persistence.

Levi and I have been together since we were 16, when I made the move from Kansas to Colorado, and our adventures have only gotten better with age. Our real estate journey began with humble roots – we bought our first home at 24 and enlisted a couple of roommates for some financial backup. Our mantra? Move every two years, or as may call it, the "house-hacking hustle," all in the pursuit of expanding our investment portfolio with minimal upfront costs.
Fast forward to 7 doors - a mix of buys and sells, flips, long-term rentals, and even some Airbnb magic. My favorite part - breathing life into old homes, thinking of ways to honor their timeless charm with modern updates one reno at a time.
I work full time as a real estate agent with an incredible and inspiring group of women at The Monarch Group and when I'm not busy with buyers/sellers, or renovating one of our own homes, I run a business supporting emotional literacy and mental health called The Recovery Box.
Our ultimate goal? Crafting a life we adore, built upon the foundation of real estate investments. We want to globe-trot with our kiddos, Leo and Pryor, who are already seasoned travelers, and yes, there's a third little adventurer on the way! Our dream is to not only live our best lives but to help others do the same along the way.

Levi Rossi,

Levi is a unicorn - A real Denver native. Not only him, but his entire family laid their roots here. We actually recently bought an investment property in Sunnyside, just a few blocks from where his Italian grandpa grew up. Who knows where we will end up in the world, but we have definitely decided to make Denver our real estate portfolio's forever home and Levi is passionate about giving back to and building the community he was born and raised in.
He spent his life playing soccer and played for one of the best D1 teams in the country during his college days. Beyond playing, he found his calling in coaching. At the University of Denver, he had the privilege of coaching both the men's and women's soccer teams for the last 10 years. This experience gave him the incredible skills to bring out the best in every individual and to sharpen their leadership qualities to truly live up to their fullest potential as a human.
While soccer was always the guiding factor in life, Levi knew at a young age that their financial future could not be dependent on the sport. It was all Levi's idea to jump into real estate at 24 years old here in Denver and we have never looked back. Really, real estate is a way to live the life we want, being able to explore the world, constantly teach our children, spend time watching them grow up, be present, and be kind. The relationships behind the real estate are what inspires us to keep building and keep growing and we look forward to doing the same with you.
